Rótulo XP Photo · Live label · Personalized product

Your photo becomes the product.

The participant takes the photo, watches the label come to life and leaves with the product carrying their own image.

In this case, Sherwin-Williams turned every participant into the label of a paint can, with the photo and the color chosen on the spot. And the same engineering fits any product: beer, brownie, cup, whatever the campaign calls for.

Your Photo Becomes the Product
Live personalization · Handed over in person
01 · The concept

A generic giveaway, every event has one. A product with the participant's face, not.

Rótulo XP is a live personalization activation in which the participant's photo becomes the label of a real product, printed, applied and delivered during the event. The campaign identity and the image of the person taking part, on the same piece.

02 · Three layers

One photo. One label. One exclusive product.

The experience brings together photography, campaign artwork and printing in a sequence the participant follows from start to finish, from the pose to the piece in hand.

Layer 01

The photo.

In a set styled for the campaign, the participant poses and the team takes the shot. The click is already part of the experience.

Layer 02

The label.

The photo goes live into the campaign artwork, with logo, colors, graphics and, if the project calls for it, name and message. Every label comes out unique, without ever leaving the brand identity.

Layer 03

The product.

The label is printed and applied to the packaging right there. The participant leaves the event with a real product carrying their own image.

03 · The journey

From the pose to the signed piece.

The participant follows every step, and that is what turns a print into an experience: they watch their own photo become a label and the label become a product.

Step 01 · The photo

A set built for the shot.

The activation space is styled with the campaign identity and becomes the brand's studio inside the event. The participant takes position, the team captures the image and it goes straight into the label composition.

Step 02 · The label is born

The photo enters the campaign artwork.

The image is placed live into the layout developed for the project: photo, name, logo, brand colors, graphics and whatever the campaign calls for. The participant watches their own image turn into the label, and the reaction is part of the show.

Step 03 · Signature and delivery

The piece gets a signature, and an owner.

Printed and applied to the packaging, the label can go through an optional step that changes everything: the participant signs the piece. Then it is handed over in person, and the keepsake leaves the event photographing well and lasting a long time.

04 · Beyond the can

In this case it was paint. It can be your product.

The Rótulo XP engineering does not depend on the packaging: any product that takes a label can become the personalized piece of the campaign, and the product itself becomes part of the creative concept.

05 · What stays

Nobody throws away a product with their own face.

Because it carries the photo, the name and the signature of whoever took part, the piece leaves the event with personal value. It goes to the shelf, to the photo and to social media, taking the brand along.

The moment

Reveal with reaction.

Seeing their own photo on the label creates the surprise that generates spontaneous content, from the participant and from everyone around.

Optional step

Signature on the piece.

The handmade touch that turns each unit into a unique, authored piece, an edition of one.

After the event

The brand is still there.

The packaging becomes a keepsake on display, campaign presence long after the closing.
