T3i is the technology partner of many brand agencies. We join the project to add to it, and the client stays yours.
You bring the concept, the set and the brand. We build the experience, make every piece of technology work together and run it at the event until the last person walks through the booth.
In an activation, the agency is the one whose name is out front. If a screen freezes mid-event, the agency answers to the brand. That is why T3i works as part of the team: we understand the concept, respect the campaign identity and keep the experience running from the first minute to the last. The agency presents. We hold it up.
We don't show up with an off-the-shelf product to squeeze into your project. We start from the brand's goal and the idea the agency has already sold.
Colors, type and screens follow the project guidelines. Participants can't tell where the set ends and the software begins.
System live, data coming in, prizes checked and adjustments on the spot if the dynamic needs it. The agency takes care of the client, we take care of the activation.
Every agency works its own way, and every project asks for something different. T3i fits the model that makes the most sense for you and for the brand.
The most common path. The agency brings the brief, T3i proposes the activations that serve the brand's goal, builds, customizes and runs them. We join the project as the agency's technology supplier.
When a project combines a game, photos, sign-up, data and giveaways, someone has to make it all talk. T3i integrates the technology pieces and answers for the whole, so the agency has a single point of contact.
On some projects T3i works without showing up. The experience carries the client's brand and the delivery belongs to the agency. If the project calls for it, we do it and stay backstage.
Part of what we do with agencies is covered by confidentiality agreements, which is why it isn't in the portfolio. We share the rest in a conversation, with no names and no images. If your project needs the same care, just ask.
If the agency or the brand asks for confidentiality, the project stays between us, before and after the event.
The agency leads the relationship with the client. T3i comes in to strengthen that relationship, not to compete for room in it.
If the agency has a confidentiality agreement with the client, T3i follows the same rules and stays aligned.
We don't send back an equipment quote. We send back an experience designed for the brand's event, ready for the agency to present.
What the brand wants, who the audience is, how many people come by, how the client will measure success. That is where the right activation comes from.
Each activation is described by what the participant experiences and what the brand gains, in investment tiers. The agency takes the option that makes the most sense to the client.
T3i customizes the experience to the campaign identity, integrates it with the set and runs it during the event. The agency is free to take care of the client.
In-house activations, with software built for brand activations. Each one can stand alone or join the others in the same project.
Found It, Won It: a word search built from scratch for the set and identity the agency had already created.
AI creates the participant's caricature and the robot draws it on paper, in front of everyone.
Mosaico XP: the audience builds, photo by photo, the artwork the brand reveals at the end of the event.
Tell us the brand's goal, the event and the deadline. T3i comes back with the activations that make sense, ready for the agency to present to the client.
