Check-In Full equipment fleet · On-the-spot swaps · Staffed operation

One station down stops the whole event.

Check-in is no time to find out the printer will not feed labels.

T3i sets up the equipment fleet that makes registration happen: a laptop and a printer at every station, thermal label printers, laser and multifunction units as backup. All of it tested before doors open, with replacements ready while the desks are running.

Check-In That Never Stops

01 · The concept

Check-in only gets noticed when it goes wrong.

Nobody praises a check-in that worked. But one station going down is felt at the whole entrance, and the math adds up fast: ten stations running become nine, and what took two minutes starts taking twenty. That is why the right equipment, tested and with a backup next to it, matters more than it looks.

02 · Three layers

Equipment is the start. The rest is keeping it running.

Any supplier can rent out machines. What decides the day is what happens when one of them fails at eleven in the morning with people waiting.

Layer 01

The right gear for each station.

A thermal label printer where badges come out, laser where documents come out, a multifunction unit where scanning is needed. Not one machine for everything: the machine that handles the volume at that station.

Layer 02

A swap before it costs you.

Backup equipment stays on site, not in a warehouse. If a station goes down, it is back in minutes, with nobody leaving the event to chase a part or wait on a service call.

Layer 03

People on site, not just boxes delivered.

T3i stays with the operation: tests everything before doors open, solves what jams during the event and takes it all down at the end. The organizer takes care of the guests, not the tech support.

03 · The operation

From setup to the last guest checked in.

Three moments. The first one is what nobody sees, and what decides how the other two go.

Step 01 · Setup

Everything plugged in and tested before doors open.

Each station gets its equipment, its power and its network, and is tested one by one: it prints, it feeds labels, it connects. Whatever fails the test does not start the day. It is swapped right there for the backup unit.

Step 02 · Check-in

Several stations in parallel, all day long.

With the stations running together, check-in absorbs the arrival peak without people piling up around it. Whoever arrives sits down, gets checked in and leaves with the document in hand.

Step 03 · Monitoring

Someone watching while it happens.

During the event T3i keeps an eye on what is printing, what is running out and what has started to fail. Toner near the end, labels running low and a jammed machine get solved before anyone has to wait.

04 · The T3i platform

T3i also has its own check-in software.

Beyond the equipment fleet, T3i has its own check-in platform: pre-registration by link, on-site check-in by QR code or ID, badge printing on the spot and a dashboard with the number of people checked in, in real time. When a project calls for it, hardware and software go together, with a single supplier answering for both.

Before

Pre-registration by link.

The guest signs up ahead of time and arrives with a QR code. On the day, check-in is a scan and a print, with nothing to retype.

During

Check-in and badge on the spot.

A QR scan or a search by name and ID, a check on screen and the badge printed right after, at the same station.

After

Final numbers at the end of the day.

How many came through, at what time and through which station. The report comes out ready, with nobody counting paper.

05 · How T3i comes in

From the whole fleet to a single unit.

Every event arrives with a different need, and not every project needs all of it. The scope is built around what is missing.
