For set design Booth · Technology · Integration

You build the set. We make it react.

T3i is the technology partner of set designers and booth builders. Together with you, we create the experience that makes the structure respond to whoever walks in.

Lighting that changes completely when someone wins the game. A giant washing machine that makes real noise when a person steps in. The set is still yours. The technology goes inside it.

Technology built into the set
01 · The opportunity

The client is going to buy technology anyway. It can be part of your proposal.

Almost every booth today has some kind of experience: a game, a photo, a giveaway made on the spot. When that is hired separately, it becomes one more supplier for the client to coordinate and a piece of the booth the set designer doesn't control. With T3i, the technology comes in together with the set. The client solves everything in one place, and your project gains value.

Revenue

More value in the same project.

The experience becomes part of your proposal. The booth stops being just a structure and starts delivering traffic, content and data for the brand.

Edge

A more complete proposal.

Set design with a built-in experience gets ahead of those who deliver only the structure. It is what helps the client choose your project.

Peace of mind

A partner who answers for the technology.

Development, installation and on-site operation are on T3i. Your team keeps doing what it does best.

02 · Created together

The set is the experience. Technology is what makes it work.

The best projects we have done with booth builders don't have a screen tucked in a corner. They have a structure that reacts to the audience. Two examples.

Project 01 · Music festival

Win the game, the whole booth lights up.

An interactive game connected to the booth lighting. Every time a participant played and won, all the light in the structure changed color. People far away saw the booth react and came over to find out why. The video is behind the scenes, shot during setup, with the system already running before opening.

Project 02 · Brand event

Step into the machine, come out washed. On video.

The booth builder made a giant washing machine. T3i put the technology inside it: stepping in, people heard the sound of a real wash cycle and recorded a video as if they were spinning in the drum. The structure became the place everyone wanted to be, and the content everyone wanted to post.

03 · Built into the set

Technology that looks like part of the set. Because it was designed with it.

The worst time to find out the screen doesn't fit, the outlet is on the wrong side or the audience has no room to play is during setup. That is why T3i comes in early, while the project is still on paper.

Layer 01

Space and flow.

We help define where the experience goes, how much space it takes and how people move around it, so the crowd fills the booth without blocking the aisle.

Layer 02

Structure and power.

Dimensions, power points and mounting aligned with your project before production starts. What the experience needs is already in the booth drawing.

Layer 03

Finish in the brand identity.

Screens, equipment and parts follow the visual language of the set. The technology wears the booth instead of sitting in a corner of it.

04 · From floor plan to event

You send the floor plan. We come back with the experience fitted in.

The partnership follows the pace of your project, from the first sketch to the last day of the show.

Step 01 · Design

We join at the drawing board.

With the floor plan and the brand brief, T3i suggests the experiences that make sense for that booth and the space each one needs.

Step 02 · Proposal

Ready to go into your proposal.

Each experience is described by what the participant lives and what the brand gains, along with the technical information your team needs for the project.

Step 03 · Setup and event

Installed, tested and run.

T3i sets up the technology together with your team, tests it before opening and runs it during the event, with people dedicated to the experience.

05 · What fits in your booth

From game to giveaway, all in the look of the set.

In-house experiences, with software built for brand activations. Each one works alone or combined with the others in the same booth.

Branded games.
Photo and video.
Live robotics.
AI experiences.
Giveaways made on the spot.
Prizes at the booth.
Sign-up and data.
Crew on site.
